Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role

Gujarat Car Rental is looking for a proactive and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our B2B business. The primary responsibility is to generate business by meeting Travel Agents, Tour Operators, Corporate Companies, Event Planners, and other business partners who require reliable car rental services for their clients.

This is a field sales and relationship-building role where you will represent Gujarat Car Rental, build long-term partnerships, and bring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Visit Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, Corporate Offices, Event Management Companies, and other potential B2B clients.
Generate new business opportunities for Gujarat Car Rental.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business partners.
Present the company's services, pricing, and fleet to clients professionally.
Schedule and conduct client meetings.
Follow up regularly with prospects until business is converted.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain records of client meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings whenever required.

Job Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Logistics, or Car Rental industry preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
