Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to drive business growth by developing and executing marketing strategies for our LED lighting solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating leads, expanding market presence, and supporting the sales team with effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Follow-ups and New Dealer Development

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing dealers to strengthen business relationships and ensure consistent sales growth.

• Monitor dealer performance, address queries, and provide required product or marketing support.

• Identify and develop new dealers in untapped markets to expand distribution channels.

• Conduct product presentations, training, and promotional activities to engage and onboard new dealers.

• Negotiate commercial terms with dealers to achieve mutually beneficial business outcomes.

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve territory-wise sales and dealer expansion targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing or a related field.

• Experience: 3–6 years in marketing & sales, preferably in LED lighting, electrical, or related industries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build long-term professional relationships and deliver measurable results.
