Identify and develop new customers for packaging products
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the plant/production team
Prepare quotations, negotiate basic commercial terms, and close orders
Track competitor activity and market trends
Support payment follow-ups in coordination with accounts team
4–8 years of experience in B2B marketing / sales
Experience in Flexible packaging / plastics / manufacturing preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and work in a target-driven environment
Practical, street-smart, and result-oriented mindset
