Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, drive engagement, and support admissions growth. This role involves planning, advertising, public relations, event management, and sourcing opportunities to enhance visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support brand awareness and business goals

• Communicate effectively with target audiences and nurture customer relationships

• Plan and execute advertising strategies across various channels.

• Organize and represent the company at events, including conferences, exhibitions, and seminars

• Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities to support marketing activities

• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and printers for promotional content production

• Distribute marketing materials efficiently across appropriate channels

• Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems

• Conduct market research via surveys, focus groups, and other tools to gain customer insights

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Support lead generation and admissions outreach initiatives
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a marketing role (2-5 years preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
