This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of 15K-35K and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams
Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
Collect market data and competitor insights
Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness
Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Marketing Executive to develop and manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our tour packages, negotiating rates, generating leads, and increasing B2B business for domestic and international markets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
Promote tour packages, hotel contracts, transportation, and destination services
Generate new leads and expand the B2B network through calls, emails, meetings, and travel marts
Handle rate negotiations, contracts, and confirmations with trade partners
Coordinate with operations team for smooth handling of bookings and client requirements
Prepare and share itineraries, quotations, and marketing material with agents
Participate in travel trade fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and B2B meets (IITM, SATTE, etc.)
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain agent database and follow up regularly
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and client feedback
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or Business
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B travel sales/marketing
Strong knowledge of domestic destinations (Kashmir/Ladakh preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools
Willingness to travel for sales meetings and trade events
Existing B2B agent network
Experience with DMC / Tour Operator environment
Knowledge of hotel contracting and rate negotiations
Understanding of inbound & domestic tourism
