Marketing Executive – Key Responsibilities (Short)

Identify and connect with Architects, Designers, Contractors, and clients
Maintain and update customer database
Share product catalogues and samples (FOC) with proper records
Handle client communication (calls, emails, WhatsApp, meetings)
Coordinate with sales and internal teams for quotations and requirements
Track quotations and follow up with clients
Coordinate with engineers for site visits and project discussions
Support conversion of enquiries into orders
Assist with social media leads and promotions
Maintain proper documentation and submit regular reports
