Job Description

 Handle inbound calls and emails queries from poten al and exis ng members.

 Provide accurate informa on about workspace plans, pricing, facili es, and availability.

 Schedule and coordinate workspace tours and virtual mee ngs with the sales/community

team.

 Maintain a courteous, helpful, and solu ons-driven approach in all communica ons.

Internal Coordina on

 Coordinate with the legal and accounts team get the process along.

 Follow up on agreement renewals by members and ensure mely renewals.

 Coordinate with Legal and other govt departments as per requirements ge ng the renewals

done.

Administra ve Support

 Update CRM and internal systems with member details, visit records, and call logs.

English & Hindi Communication should be Excellent
