Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies for residential, commercial, industrial and solar solutions. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth in the renewable energy segment. The candidate should be creative, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple channels in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, industrial and solar solutions across digital and offline channels
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences in the solar energy sector
• Promote solar products, On grid and off grid rooftop systems
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to align marketing strategies with solar product offerings
• Generate leads and support business development for solar solution
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Organize promotional events, product demonstrations, and awareness campaigns related to solar energy
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field OR Any Graduate
Proven experience of 2–3 years in marketing, preferably in electrical, energy, or solar industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies in the electrical sector
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
