Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising Campaigns

• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads Manager

  • LinkedIn Ads

  • YouTube Ads

• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, product inquiries, and B2B sales.

2. Lead Generation & B2B Marketing

• Generate leads from:

  • Jewellery retailers

  • Gold wholesalers

  • Export partners

  • Distributors

• Promote gold products such as:

  • Gold bars and coins

  • Gold jewelry manufacturing services

  • Custom jewelry production

3. Campaign Optimization

• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as:

  • CTR (Click Through Rate)

  • CPC (Cost Per Click)

  • CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)

  • Conversion Rate

  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

• Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.

4. Analytics & Tracking

• Track campaign performance using tools like:

  • Google Analytics

  • Google Tag Manager

• Set up conversion tracking and analyze customer behavior.

5. Audience Targeting

• Identify and target audiences such as:

  • Jewelry retailers

  • Gold traders

  • Jewelry brands

  • International buyers

  • Luxury product customers

6. Creative Collaboration

• Work with design and branding teams to create:

  • Product ads

  • Video campaigns

  • Promotional banners

• Ensure creatives reflect the premium quality and trust of the gold brand.

7. Reporting & Insights

• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing ROI.

Required Skills

• Experience with paid advertising platforms

• Knowledge of B2B lead generation campaigns

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Understanding of luxury or precious metal marketing

• Experience with campaign optimization and budgeting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing

• Experience working with jewelry, luxury goods, or manufacturing brands

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
