As a Founder’s Office Associate, you will serve as a key extension of the founder, supporting strategic initiatives, marketing, public relations, stakeholder engagement, business operations, and executive coordination. Key Responsibilities
A. Marketing, Content & Brand Building
Create and manage content across social media platforms, websites, newsletters, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
Develop compelling content that strengthens brand visibility and engagement.
Support public relations initiatives, media outreach, and brand communications.
Coordinate with designers, agencies, and content creators to execute campaigns.
Create presentations, reports, brochures, and marketing collateral.
Support video production, editing, and content distribution activities.
Track campaign performance and generate insights for improvement.
B. Founder & Executive Support
Manage the Founder’s daily schedule, calendar, meetings, and task prioritization.
Coordinate personal and professional commitments to ensure seamless execution.
Track critical deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple ventures.
Prepare meeting notes, summaries, presentations, and action plans.
Support special projects and strategic initiatives directly driven by the Founder.
C. Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate meetings and communications with investors, founders, partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and discussion materials.
Track action items, discussions, and outcomes to ensure timely follow-up.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the startup and investment ecosystem.
Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders.
D. Research & Business Insights
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Gather and analyze data to support business and strategic decision-making.
Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and emerging market trends.
Support fundraising, investor communications, and strategic projects.
Prepare research reports, summaries, and business recommendations.
E. Business Development & Sales Support
Support lead generation, outreach, and partnership initiatives.
Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials.
Track business opportunities and help drive execution of growth initiatives.
Coordinate with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders during business discussions.

0-3 years of experience in Marketing, Founder’s Office, Business Operations, PR, Content, or Strategy roles.
Internship experience in startups, consulting, media, venture capital, or high-growth companies is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with changing priorities.
