Job Description

As a Founder’s Office Associate, you will serve as a key extension of the founder, supporting strategic initiatives, marketing, public relations, stakeholder engagement, business operations, and executive coordination. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to develop expertise across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

A. Marketing, Content & Brand Building

  • Create and manage content across social media platforms, websites, newsletters, blogs, and marketing campaigns.

  • Develop compelling content that strengthens brand visibility and engagement.

  • Support public relations initiatives, media outreach, and brand communications.

  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and content creators to execute campaigns.

  • Create presentations, reports, brochures, and marketing collateral.

  • Support video production, editing, and content distribution activities.

  • Track campaign performance and generate insights for improvement.

B. Founder & Executive Support

  • Manage the Founder’s daily schedule, calendar, meetings, and task prioritization.

  • Coordinate personal and professional commitments to ensure seamless execution.

  • Track critical deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple ventures.

  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, presentations, and action plans.

  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives directly driven by the Founder.

C. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate meetings and communications with investors, founders, partners, clients, and key stakeholders.

  • Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and discussion materials.

  • Track action items, discussions, and outcomes to ensure timely follow-up.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the startup and investment ecosystem.

  • Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders.

D. Research & Business Insights

  • Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

  • Gather and analyze data to support business and strategic decision-making.

  • Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and emerging market trends.

  • Support fundraising, investor communications, and strategic projects.

  • Prepare research reports, summaries, and business recommendations.

E. Business Development & Sales Support

  • Support lead generation, outreach, and partnership initiatives.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials.

  • Track business opportunities and help drive execution of growth initiatives.

  • Coordinate with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders during business discussions.

  • 0-3 years of experience in Marketing, Founder’s Office, Business Operations, PR, Content, or Strategy roles.

  • Internship experience in startups, consulting, media, venture capital, or high-growth companies is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with changing priorities.
