Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to drive and scale our international lead generation efforts.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in targeting UK, USA, and ANZ audiences, preferably within the EdTech domain. You will play a key role in driving qualified leads, optimizing campaign performance, and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms

• Drive international lead generation focusing on UK, USA, and ANZ markets

• Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates

• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling efforts

• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages

• Implement and manage tracking tools, pixels, and analytics dashboards

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates

• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and reports

Who Can Apply

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Performance Marketing

• Proven experience in international lead generation (UK/USA/ANZ markets)

• Prior experience in EdTech or education industry preferred

• Strong understanding of digital funnels and paid marketing strategies

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
