Marketing Executive

•Marketing Executive• Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary: ₹35-45k per month

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.

• Manage social media platforms and content calendars.

• Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, and agencies.

• Create and publish engaging content across marketing channels.

• Support product launches, festive campaigns, and brand collaborations.

• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Assist in website content updates and email marketing initiatives.

• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Growth in social media followers and engagement rates.

• Monthly increase in website traffic and lead generation.

• Timely execution of marketing campaigns and launches.

• Content delivery as per approved marketing calendar.

• Increase in brand reach, impressions, and customer engagement.

• Number and effectiveness of influencer and partnership collaborations.

• Campaign ROI and performance against defined objectives.

• Improvement in customer acquisition and retention metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or brand management.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
