Job Title: Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing
Reporting To: Marketing Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) as per business requirements
-Coordinate promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and campaigns
Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, and online promotions
-Assist in lead generation activities and follow-ups in coordination with the sales team
-Manage marketing materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and creatives
-Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
-Track and report marketing campaign performance and ROI
-Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners
-Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing communications
-Assist in budgeting and cost control for marketing activities
Skills Needed:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Good coordination and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under deadlines and multitask
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Any stream
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role (freshers can be considered for junior roles)
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience in automobile / retail / service industry
Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems
Basic understanding of graphic tools and MS Office
