We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing executive—ticketing at Cinderella Tours and Travels—to manage and promote ticket sales across both B2B and B2C channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in campaign planning, CRM tools, and digital marketing, with a strong focus on enhancing customer engagement and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase ticket sales for events, travel, or entertainment platforms.

• Utilize CRM and ticketing software to track leads, manage customer data, and optimize sales processes.

• Develop and maintain relationships with agents, partners, and distributors to expand market reach.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure smooth pre- and post-ticketing support.
