Field Marketing & Brand Promotion :Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as product demos, exhibitions, seminars, and dealer visits. Promote technical products(Projectors/Panels etc)
• Lead Generation & Sales Support: . Identify potential customers (such as schools, colleges, and corporate clients. Generate qualified leads from field activities and share with the sales team.Support sales closures by providing technical clarifications and product comparisons.Collect customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Product Demonstration & Technical Support :Perform live product demonstrations explaining features, specifications, installation, and usage.Provide basic technical support and training to dealers, retailers, and end customers.Assist in product setup, installation guidance, and troubleshooting when required.

Execute Field Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement on-ground marketing activities, including product demonstrations, trade shows, conferences, and local promotional events.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports on field activities, lead quality, and market insights to management.
• Follow Ups: gather their contact information, and share qualified leads with the sales team for follow-up and conversion into sales.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering ,Marketing, or a related field.
•
Experience: Proven experience (typically 1-2+ years) in field marketing, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.(freshers are also welcome)

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for building interpersonal relationships and delivering engaging product presentations.
•
Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of marketing principles and proficiency with marketing software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
