Key Responsibilities:
Promote oncology services, cancer care programs, and specialty treatments to increase patient footfall
Conduct field visits to doctors, oncology clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, and community partners
Develop targeted marketing plans for oncology OPD/IPD growth, screening camps, and awareness drives
Coordinate oncology-focused health camps, cancer screening events, CME programs, and outreach activities
Manage marketing for Ayushman Bharat and TPA-related services, ensuring patient awareness and increased utilization
Liaise with Ayushman/TPA desks to track patient inquiries, approvals, and scheme-related promotions
Manage digital marketing efforts including oncology content, website updates, and social media campaigns
Maintain relationships with referral doctors, NGOs, patient support groups, and healthcare partners
Track daily/weekly patient inquiries across oncology and Ayushman/TPA categories and prepare performance reports
Support branding activities including brochures, banners, and oncology service promotions
Collect patient feedback and coordinate with departments for service improvements
Skills Required:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Understanding of oncology services and hospital operations
Knowledge of Ayushman Bharat, TPA processes, and patient scheme workflows
Ability to conduct field marketing and meet targets
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and healthcare campaigns
Good networking and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in MS Office
