Job Title: Offline Marketing Intern (Lead Generation Specialist)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive Offline Marketing Intern to drive lead generation for our holiday Caompnay by engaging directly with B2B clients (medium-scale enterprises, startups, women entrepreneurs, real estate, banking, pharma, and fertilizer sectors) and B2C customers. This is a high-energy role perfect for someone who loves networking, field marketing, and building real-world business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Lead Generation (Start up Companies/Real Estates/Pharma Industry/Fertilizers Companies/Women entrepreneurs/Medium Scale Enterprises)

Identify and pitch holiday packages to decision-makers in: Incentive Tours/Meetings/Conferences /Exhibitions

Medium-scale Enterprises (Team outings, incentive trips).

Startups & Women Entrepreneurs (curated retreats, networking trips).

Real Estate, Banking, Pharma, and Fertilizer Companies (corporate travel partnerships).

Distribute brochures, conduct cold visits, and set up meetings with HR/Admin teams.

Organize corporate roadshows/demos to showcase holiday packages.

B2C Lead Generation (Local Community Engagement)

Set up promotional kiosks in high-footfall areas (malls, business hubs, colleges).

Engage with local women entrepreneur groups, RWAs, and professional clubs.

Collect customer inquiries and follow up for conversions.

Support Tasks:

Maintain a lead tracker for offline conversions.

Assist in organizing offline events (travel fairs, destination workshops).

Collaborate with the digital team to bridge offline-online leads.

Who Should Apply?

Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
