Marketing Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a creative and strategic Branding Expert to strengthen Robotek's brand identity and market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategies, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints, and driving brand awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities ● Develop and implement brand strategy aligned with business objectives. ● Ensure consistent brand identity across digital, retail, packaging, events, and marketing materials. ● Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. ● Collaborate with the marketing, creative, sales, and product teams to maintain brand consistency. ● Work with agencies, influencers, PR partners, and media for brand-building initiatives. ● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities. ● Monitor brand performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations. ● Develop brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all communication channels. ● Support retail branding, POSM, exhibitions, and dealer/distributor branding activities. Required Skills ● Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior. ● Experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities. ● Knowledge of digital marketing and social media branding. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Qualifications ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, or a related field. ● 3–6 years of experience in branding, preferably in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, FMCG, or lifestyle brands. ● Experience working with creative agencies and marketing teams is preferred
