Key Responsibilities:• Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget.• Plan, design, and coordinate weddings and other special events.• Develop comprehensive event timelines, checklists, and floor plans.• Coordinate with venue, décor, entertainment and transportation.• Source and manage vendors• Provide creative ideas and solutions for unique event experiences.Budgeting & Quotation• Prepare detailed budgets and track all expenses.• Coordinate with vendors and ensure deliverables are met.• Ensure events are executed within budget and timeline constraints.Day-of Coordination• Serve as the main point of contact on the event day.• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues on-site to ensure a seamless experience.Client & Vendor Relations• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and vendors.• Provide regular updates and communicate effectively throughout the planning process.• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and gather feedback post-event.
