Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute local showroom-level marketing campaigns to increase footfall and sales.
Coordinate in-store events, festive offers, and promotional campaigns.
Arrange and supervise outdoor branding activities such as hoardings, banners, and roadshows.
Develop and distribute marketing materials like brochures, standees, and pamphlets.
Ensure the brand image and visual standards are maintained across all displays and promotions.
2. Digital & Social Media Coordination
Support digital marketing by sharing showroom updates, event photos, and customer stories with the central marketing team.
Assist in managing showroom-level social media engagement (local tagging, influencer collaborations, etc.).
Promote festive and seasonal campaigns through digital channels under corporate guidance.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Track competitor jewellery showrooms’ offers, promotions, and marketing strategies.
Collect customer insights and feedback to improve marketing activities.
Identify local advertising and sponsorship opportunities (e.g., exhibitions, fairs, cultural events).
4. Customer Engagement & Events
Organize showroom events such as product launches, gold schemes, or festive celebrations.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer relationship and referral programs.
Maintain a database of loyal and potential customers for targeted marketing.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with vendors, printers, photographers, and advertising agencies.
Ensure timely approval and execution of marketing budgets and materials.
Prepare monthly marketing reports highlighting campaign performance and showroom impact.
