Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Market Research & Customer Coordination Assistant Manager to support customer acquisition, business growth, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market research, customer relationship management, lead generation, database management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Lead Generation
Conduct B2B market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Generate new leads by targeting prospective customers and building a strong sales funnel.
Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand the company’s client network and market presence.
Analyze customer and market trends to support business development activities.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain, develop, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the customer database.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer database management and marketing data systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand and address their evolving business needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Coordination & Communication
Handle customer calls and emails efficiently or route them to the concerned department with proper information.
Coordinate with buyers, the marketing team, PPC department, and internal teams regarding order closing dates and related updates.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with office staff and operational personnel.
Sales & Business Support
Assist in achieving divisional and individual sales targets in alignment with company sales policies and strategies.
Support staff in effectively utilizing CRM and database systems for business operations.
Contribute to team goals by completing assigned tasks and supporting overall business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B Market Research or Customer Coordination.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with CRM software and database management systems.
