Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities

• Create and manage content for social media, websites, emails, and print materials

• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and other departments for branding and promotional activities

• Monitor and report the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements

• Handle marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources

• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events

• Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Proven experience in marketing or similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
