Job Summary
The Marketing & Indoor Sales Officer is responsible for generating business opportunities, managing customer relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and converting inquiries into sales. The role involves promoting the company's products and services through digital and offline marketing while handling inbound and outbound sales activities from the office. In addition to Support and manage the events / promotional actoivities
Key Responsibilities
Indoor Sales
* Handle inbound leads and inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
* Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, for events and other activities
* Convert leads into customers through effective sales communication.
* Maintain and update customer information / Leads in the CRM system.
* Coordinate with Directors and Leadership teams to ensure timely closure.
* Follow up on pending leads and conversions.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Marketing
* Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.
* Create and schedule marketing content, including posts, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
* Assist in planning and organizing exhibitions, seminars, networking events, and product launches.
* Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and industry trends.
* Track and report campaign performance and lead generation metrics.
* Support branding and promotional activities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in marketing, inside sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
* Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.
* Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising is preferred.
