Strategic Outreach: Conduct cold and warm calling campaigns to introduce our chemical product range and understand client requirements.
Email Management: Draft and send professional business inquiries, product catalogs, and price quotations to prospective and existing clients.
Relationship Management: Maintain a steady flow of communication with leads to move them through the sales funnel and ensure long-term engagement.
Database Maintenance: Keep an organized record of all client interactions, feedback, and lead status in our CRM/tracking system.
