Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.

2. Identify potential clients through cold calling, emails, and in-person meetings.

3. Generate leads through various offline and online marketing channels.

4. Recruit, train, and manage a marketing team; set and monitor individual targets.

5. Drive business growth through corporate memberships, sponsorships, advertisements, and other revenue streams.

6. Conduct relationship-building and networking activities.

7. Create and maintain an organized CRM database for marketing.

8. Willingness to travel for outstation marketing activities and events.
