Job Summary: GIBF is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility, member engagement, and outreach for the forum. The ideal candidate will help promote GIBF's networking events, partnerships, and membership programs to entrepreneurs and businesses across India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote GIBF's events, forums, and membership programs

• Build brand awareness through digital (social media, email, website) and offline channels

• Support outreach to entrepreneurs, businesses, and industry professionals for member acquisition

• Coordinate promotional activities for networking events, summits, and business meetups

• Conduct market research to identify potential members, partners, and industry trends

• Manage GIBF's social media presence and online community engagement

• Prepare marketing collateral, newsletters, presentations, and event promotional material

• Track and report on campaign performance, member growth, and engagement metrics

• Liaise with sponsors, partners, and vendors for collaborative marketing initiatives

• Assist in content creation highlighting GIBF's value proposition to businesses

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with business networking

• Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, basic SEO)

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; Canva or similar design tools a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills — ability to represent the brand at events and with stakeholders

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns/events simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B marketing, chambers of commerce, or membership-based organizations

• Familiarity with CRM tools and event management platforms

• Exposure to international business networking or trade forums

Salary: 30,000 to 40,000/month based on experience

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
