Role Overview

This role is an ideal launchpad for ambitious marketing graduates seeking to build a career in business development and corporate sales. You will be trained for 3 months under our experienced Business Development Manager (BDM), and get direct exposure to:

• Client acquisition strategies

• Corporate communications

• Real-time sales operations

• Marketing initiatives

• Field visits and business meetings

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the BDM to identify and onboard new clients.

• Actively contribute to customer acquisition strategies across industries.

• Participate in client meetings, sales pitches, and presentations.

• Execute sales plans to drive business growth and revenue.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

• Assist in email campaigns, digital outreach, and CRM updates.

• Join field visits to develop real-world understanding of sales and marketing functions.

• Help build strong customer relationships through continuous engagement and follow-ups.

Who You Are

• A recent graduate in Marketing (MBA/BMS/BBA) from a recognized institute.

• 0–8 months of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactive, energetic, and willing to work in a field and corporate setting.

• Basic understanding of sales tools, CRM, or digital marketing is a plus.
