Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Co-ordinator to promote and market our customised cloud-based software projects to corporate houses. The role involves revenue generation through strategic marketing initiatives and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations to Corporate/govt. clients.

• Understand client requirements and draft preliminary project specifications.

• Meet and engage with senior executives in corporate/govt. organisations.

• Collect relevant data points through client discussions.

• Conduct video calls and use chat applications effectively for client communication.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English/Hindi/Bengali).

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to understand new software requirements.

• Proactive, challenge-driven, and adaptable to new situations.

• Proficient in computer operations and MS Office.

• Organised with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise under tight deadlines.

• A collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate with Any Stream

• Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience

Working Hours:-

· Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

· 1st & 3rd Saturday: Off

· Other Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

· Weekly Sunday holiday, all national holidays, and Durga Puja holidays (for WB employees).

Salary (CTC):

Upto Rs. 180000/- per annum.

Holidays:-

Weekly Sunday holiday along with all National Holidays & Durga Puja Holidays (Restricted to WB employees).
