Marketing Associate

1. Role Overview

The Marketing Associate is a dynamic business growth and relationship-building professional responsible for driving institutional partnerships, student enrollments, brand visibility, and revenue growth for Mind Bridge Academy.

This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building meaningful connections, creating strategic collaborations, and converting prospects into long-term partners. The ideal candidate acts as a catalyst for organizational growth by expanding the academy's reach across schools, colleges, corporates, hospitals, and community networks.

2. Preferred Profile

· Preferred Gender: Male / Female

· Mode of Work: Hybrid (Field + Online Coordination)

· Travel Requirement: Regular local and regional travel

· Client Engagement: Mandatory face-to-face interactions with institutional decision-makers

3. Key Responsibilities

A. Growth & Partnership Development

· Build and strengthen relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, hospitals, NGOs, and government organizations.

· Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

· Conduct institutional presentations and program demonstrations.

· Develop market expansion strategies for new territories and segments.

· Create and nurture referral networks and collaboration opportunities.

B. Lead Generation & Business Growth

· Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.

· Maintain a systematic follow-up and relationship management process.

· Convert prospects into admissions, training projects, and institutional partnerships.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business growth targets.

· Support franchise and expansion initiatives.

C. Outreach & Brand Visibility

· Represent Mind Bridge Academy at seminars, educational events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums.

· Strengthen brand presence through community engagement and stakeholder interactions.

· Coordinate awareness campaigns and promotional activities.

· Act as a brand ambassador for the academy's vision and programs.

D. Marketing & Growth Operations

· Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

· Support the development of brochures, presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.

· Maintain CRM records and lead databases.

· Monitor campaign effectiveness and growth metrics.

· Provide market intelligence and competitor insights.

4. Qualification

· MBA (Marketing) – Preferred

· PGDM / Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

· Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

· Certifications in Digital Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or CRM Tools will be an added advantage

5. Experience

· 0–5 Years of Experience

· Freshers with strong communication and networking skills may apply

· Experience in Education, Training, Skill Development, Business Development, Sales, or Marketing preferred

· Experience in field engagement and institutional relationship management is desirable
