We are seeking a Site Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for visiting construction sites, residential projects, and new developments to identify potential clients and connect with key stakeholders such as homeowners, architects, builders, and interior designers. This role is focused on fieldwork, relationship-building, and lead generation to support business growth.
Visit ongoing and upcoming construction sites regularly in assigned areas.
Identify and connect with homeowners, architects, builders, and interior designers.
Collect and maintain detailed information of potential clients/projects.
Build strong relationships with on-site personnel to gain insights on new opportunities.
Share leads with the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
Provide daily/weekly reports on site visits, leads generated, and progress.
Represent the company professionally and promote Alea Modular Kitchen and Wardrobe’s services.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Prior experience in field sales, site visits, or real estate-related work is an advantage.
Good communication and networking skills.
Confidence to interact with new people at sites.
Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred, for easy site visits).
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
