Education: Any Graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience (Mandatory for onboarding)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Shift: Rotational Shifts

CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Required Skills:

Proficiency in English and Hindi

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good at negotiation and objection handling

Understanding of e-commerce platforms and products

Sales knowledge and strategic thinking abilities

Basic Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, PERCENTAGE)

Candidates should have at least an intermediate level of English proficiency

Roles and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients

Assist vendors in understanding why their sales might be low and provide strategic advice on how to increase sales

Act as a growth partner, helping vendors implement strategies to improve their business performance

Convince and onboard new sellers to grow the business on platforms like Myntra

Manage and nurture vendor accounts to ensure long-term success
