Key Responsibilities

Interior Design

• Meet clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.

• Develop innovative interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.

• Create 2D layouts, space planning, and 3D visualizations.

• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and furniture layouts.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution.

Sales & Client Management

• Generate and convert leads into successful business opportunities.

• Conduct client presentations and explain design proposals.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and project estimates.

• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer service.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into sales.

• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior execution.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design and client sales.

Preferred Candidate
