Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Growth Executive to join our team. The role involves visiting companies, identifying business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and promoting our food and beverage products. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel to client locations.
Key Responsibilities
Visit corporate offices, industries, and commercial establishments to identify food and beverage requirements.
Generate new business leads and build strong client relationships.
Meet procurement, administration, or HR teams to understand their requirements.
Present the company's products and services professionally.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/business development are welcome.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication is an advantage.
