Google & Meta Ads Associate

We are looking for a Google & Meta Ads Associate with at least 1 year of experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve ROI and reduce CPC/CPA.

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

• Manage budgets and ensure effective ad spend allocation.

• Create ad copies, campaign strategies, and performance reports.

• Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.

• Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and landing pages.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, and analytics.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.

• Prior internship or experience in performance marketing will be preferred.
