FMCG Sales

We are looking for an energetic and responsible FMCG Merchandiser to join our field marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting assigned retail outlets, ensuring product availability, visibility and proper merchandising as per company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail outlets as per the daily route/beat plan.

• Ensure proper product display, shelf arrangement and visibility.

• Maintain product availability and check stock at outlets.

• Follow FEFO (First Expire, First Out) and ensure products are properly arranged.

• Implement company planograms, POSM and branding guidelines.

• Maintain and improve visibility of company products at retail outlets.

• Take required outlet, product and merchandising photographs through the company app.

• Check and maintain Visicoolers, racks and other company assets as per guidelines.

• Build good relationships with retailers and communicate company schemes/offers.

• Report competitor activities, stock issues and outlet-related concerns to the supervisor.

• Complete daily market visits and reporting within the given timeline.

• Follow company SOPs, attendance and field working guidelines.

• Support new product launches, visibility drives and other marketing activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

• FMCG/FMCG Merchandising experience will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned market.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

• Responsible, punctual and target-oriented.

Job Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,500 per month
