Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by visiting clients directly in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

• Visit customers in assigned areas to promote products/services.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Meet sales targets and provide regular reports on field activities.

• Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies.

• Ensure proper after-sales service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in sales, preferably in field sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Willingness to travel extensively.
