Field sales exceutive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our growing team at Safehome Pestochem India Pvt. Ltd. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, promoting services, and achieving sales goals. The position offers an in-hand salary of [18k-25k], plus performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities in the pest control and marketing field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and visit them to promote Safehome’s pest control services.

• Explain service benefits, pricing, and treatment plans to customers.

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local marketing.

• Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Participate in offline promotions, local events, and awareness campaigns.

• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team.

• Maintain proper sales reports and update daily activity logs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: [Minimum Qualification – e.g., Graduate/12th Pass]

• Experience: [Experience Range – e.g., 0–2 years in sales or marketing]

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of marketing, customer engagement, and AI tools (preferred).

• Must have a two-wheeler and a smartphone for client visits.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
