Job Description

  • Visit assigned customers, shops, or business locations on a two-wheeler to collect cash payments.

  • Collect payments accurately and issue receipts or payment acknowledgements.

  • Deposit collected cash with the company/bank as per the assigned process and timeline.

  • Maintain accurate records of daily collections and submit required reports.

  • Follow the assigned collection route and complete daily targets.

  • Handle cash safely and responsibly during transit.

  • Coordinate with the office/team regarding payment status, customer issues, and collection updates.

  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures while riding.

  • Maintain the company-provided vehicle/equipment in good condition.
