Export Executive

We are looking for a Export Executive to join our team at MM Spares Global Pvt Ltd to help plan and execute export consignments. This role involves both online and offline work, customer engagement and documentation activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of Salary of 20000-25000 pm and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee the export process for auto/machinery spare products, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards

2. Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs paperwork

3. Communicate effectively with international clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

4. Monitor and track shipments, addressing any issues or delays to ensure smooth transit and delivery

5. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in global markets

6. Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements specific to the industry

7. Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, and production, to align export activities with company goals.

   Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and Experience Range of 3 years +. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
