Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute B2B email marketing campaigns to generate leads for US staffing services

• Manage email databases, build targeted mailing lists, and ensure clean data practices

• Write compelling content for cold email outreach, follow-ups, and nurture sequences

• Analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate) and optimize campaigns accordingly

• Collaborate with recruiters and sales teams to align messaging with staffing goals

• Stay updated with email marketing trends, tools, and compliance standards (CAN-SPAM etc.)

Requirements:

• 1 year to 2 years of experience in Email Marketing (preferably in US Staffing or B2B services)

• Excellent written English communication skills

• Strong knowledge of email platforms like Mailchimp, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar tools

• Basic understanding of lead generation funnels and segmentation strategies

• Ability to work independently during the night shift and meet targets consistently
