Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of email automation tools, audience segmentation, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, drip campaigns, etc.)
Create engaging email content, including copy and basic design coordination
Segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication
Set up and manage automated email workflows and customer journeys
Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times
Ensure email best practices, compliance (GDPR/CAN-SPAM), and deliverability standards
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred)
Experience with analytics tools and campaign reporting
Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation strategies
