Job Description

We are looking for a Ecommerce Executive to join our team The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹11000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring: E-Commerce Executive – Operations

    • Handle daily order processing, packing & dispatch

    • Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra & other marketplaces

    • Handle returns, RTO, cancellations & SAFE-T claims

    • Coordinate with warehouse & courier partners

    • Manage marketplace issues, claims & reimbursements

    • Prepare basic MIS / Excel reports


    Skills: E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Handling, Excel
    Job Type: Full-time

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
