Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.

• Create and upload new product listings with accurate descriptions, keywords, and images.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.

• Handle A+ content creation and keyword optimization for better ranking.

• Coordinate with the logistics team for order fulfillment and shipment tracking.

• Manage returns, refunds, and customer queries efficiently.

• Analyze sales reports, marketplace trends, and competitors’ performance.

• Work closely with the marketing team to improve visibility and conversion.
