We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing online product listings, ensuring smooth order processing, coordinating with logistics, and supporting the overall operations of our ecommerce platforms. If you are passionate about online shopping trends, have basic computer skills, and are eager to learn, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and update product listings on ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Website, etc.).

Manage product descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch of orders.

Monitor order processing, returns, and customer feedback.

Assist in executing online promotions and campaigns.

Analyze product performance and suggest improvements.

Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales and inventory.

Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th grade pass.

Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (training will be provided if needed).

Good understanding of MS Excel, Word, and internet usage.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Previous experience in ecommerce operations, data entry, or customer support.

Knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

Familiarity with inventory management tools.
