Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, marketplace operations, order management, inventory coordination, and performance optimization across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, content updates, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.

• Ensure accurate product information, images, descriptions, and specifications are uploaded and maintained.

• Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries to ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for timely order fulfillment.

• Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability across all online channels.

• Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.

• Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.

• Generate periodic sales and performance reports for management review.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and marketplace updates.

• Maintain platform compliance and ensure adherence to marketplace policies.

Required Skills

• Experience working on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, or similar.

• Strong knowledge of product listing and catalog management.

• Good understanding of online sales, digital marketing, and marketplace operations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management.
