Ecommerce Executive

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, marketplace management, order processing, inventory coordination, digital promotions, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

 Manage product listings on the company website and online marketplaces.

 Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and keywords.

 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure stock availability.

 Process customer orders, returns, cancellations, and exchanges efficiently.

 Track daily sales performance and prepare regular sales and performance reports.  Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.  Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and online reviews professionally.

 Monitor marketplace performance metrics and implement strategies to improve product visibility and sales.

 Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive offers in coordination with the marketing team.

 Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory remain accurate across all online platforms.

 Stay updated with e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and competitor activities.

 Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to improve the online shopping experience.

Required Candidate Profile :

  Minimum 2 years of experience in D2C sales.

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

  MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

  Certification in Digital Marketing or E-commerce will be an added advantage.

  Candidate should be based in Delhi NCR/Gurugram.

Preferred Skills

 Understanding of e-commerce operations and order management.

 Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings.

 Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

 Excellent communication and coordination skills.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 Attention to detail and accuracy.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
