Job Description

Create campaigns, conduct market research and develop advertising strategies
Build brand's image and awareness
Fix parts and equipments of different brands

• Cataloging & Listing the new launched products via Single listing, Bulk listing & Existing product listing.
• Applying Coupon & Deal of the day on existing products.
• MIS
• Sales Monitor
• Communication With Client.
• Handling the Order Processing.
• Processing the client PO.
• FBA inventory replenishment for Domestic & International fulfillment centers.
• Product specification & price modification.
• Inspection of customer return received products i.e QC part.
• Raising FBA & MFN damage product claims.
• Handling customer messages & enquires.
• Registration of Additional Places of Business (APOB).
• Analyzing amazon recommendation actions through step dashboard to improve the sales.
• Sharing the available inventory file with vendors i.e Reliance, Nykaa &FNP
• Portal Knowledge: Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Shopify, Vibecity, Pepperfry
