About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior E-Commerce Executive to support the management of e-commerce and marketplace operations for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of online marketplaces, product listings, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing concepts.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in E-Commerce and Marketplace Management within a fast-paced Digital Marketing Agency.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations

• Assist in managing seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.

• Create and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.

• Monitor product catalog accuracy and marketplace compliance.

• Support marketplace promotions, offers, and campaign activities.

E-Commerce Management

• Assist in managing Shopify, WooCommerce, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Support product uploads, website updates, and category management.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and website maintenance.

• Ensure product information is accurate and updated regularly.

Catalog & Inventory Management

• Maintain product catalogs and inventory records.

• Coordinate stock updates and pricing changes.

• Monitor product availability and marketplace performance.

• Ensure smooth order processing and tracking.

Digital Marketing Support

• Work closely with Performance Marketing and Social Media teams.

• Support marketplace advertising and promotional activities.

• Understand basic SEO principles for product listings.

• Assist in improving product visibility and sales performance.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, inventory, and marketplace performance.

• Coordinate with Account Managers and clients for operational updates.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Support senior team members in day-to-day marketplace activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Operations, or Digital Marketing.

• Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and other marketplaces.

• Basic understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers with relevant internships or certifications can also apply.

• Experience in product listing and catalog management is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and online sales.

• Agency experience will be an added advantage.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
