Key Responsibilities
Amazon Marketplace Management
Manage Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central operations end-to-end.
Handle product catalogue, listings, Buy Box optimization, and inventory planning.
Create and optimize A+ Content and Brand Store.
Manage Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Display Ads).
Monitor ACoS, TACoS, sales performance, and ROI.
Handle Brand Registry, counterfeit protection, and customer reviews.
Quick Commerce Platforms
Manage listings and operations across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket.
Plan assortment and availability across dark stores.
Coordinate platform promotions, advertising, and visibility campaigns.
Monitor stock availability and optimize fill rates.
Fulfilment & Delivery Operations
Manage daily order processing, dispatch planning, and courier coordination.
Ensure premium packaging and product integrity for fragile and perishable products.
Handle RTOs, NDRs, damage claims, and reimbursement processes.
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams during festive demand.
Marketplace & D2C Support
Support operations across Flipkart and other relevant marketplaces.
Maintain catalogue hygiene and promotional campaigns on the D2C website.
Ensure pricing consistency across all online channels.
Commercial & Business Ownership
Monitor channel profitability, margins, logistics costs, and advertising spend.
Plan and execute festive campaigns including Diwali, Rakhi, Eid, Christmas, and Wedding Season.
Track KPIs including GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, category rankings, and delivery SLAs.
Candidate Requirements
Must Have
2–5 years of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Experience managing delivery operations, dispatches, courier partners, RTO & NDR handling.
Experience managing advertising budgets and performance marketing metrics.
Working knowledge of at least one Quick Commerce platform.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Reporting & Analysis).
Understanding of FSSAI labelling, shelf-life management, and perishable product logistics.
Preferred
Experience in Premium Food & Beverage, Gourmet Foods, Chocolates, Luxury Gifting, or FMCG.
Experience negotiating with marketplace and quick commerce category managers.
