Marketing Ecommerce Account Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to join our team at Shiv Enterprise. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales operations across major marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end store operations, from product listings to order fulfillment and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Management: Manage daily store operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Product Listing & Optimization: Create high-quality product listings, upload catalogs, optimize titles, bullet points, and descriptions to improve visibility and sales.

• Order Processing: Oversee daily order processing, manage inventory levels, coordinate packaging, and ensure timely dispatch to minimize cancellations or delays.

• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, order updates, and post-purchase support professionally via WhatsApp and marketplace dashboards.

• Returns & Claims: Track and manage customer returns, courier returns (RTO), and file timely claims for damaged or missing items.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor account health, seller ratings, and sales performance across all platforms to ensure smooth business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in managing e-commerce seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho).

• Strong understanding of product cataloging, listing guidelines, and SEO optimization.

• Hands-on experience with order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

• Proficiency in handling professional business communication via WhatsApp.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel for tracking stock, orders, and sales data.

• Ability to work independently and resolve marketplace related issues quickly.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
